This townhome was spotless and a new build in a safe, beautiful area. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for, the kids loved the pool and riding their bikes on the quiet streets around the neighborhood. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for space and convenience of location.

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the coffee grounds, pool towels, extra bath towels, comfortable bedding, cold AC, hot shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and the fact that it looked just like the listing. Thank you!

We booked this house for a little family getaway to do activities based on a local fun pass. It was so Central to all of our activities around 10 minutes to each spot. Plus it was in walking distance to a grocery store, And the community pool literally across the street was awesome. We walked down to the park and the kids had fun at that as well. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Really nice home to stay at, super clean and everything felt new…..Loved walking down to the pool to relax for the afternoon. Great location not too far from all the nearby amenities you might like.

The home was as described. Had everything you would need. Great location, easy to get to everything. Area is new with convenient grocery, etc. close by. Quite area. Nice park and neighborhood to walk thru each evening. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and everything advertised. I don't think I have ever seen an Airbnb so we'll stocked. We had everything we needed when it came to cooking. We absolutely loved our stay. The community pool was awesome as well and we really appreciated the beach towels to use over there. Thank you for a delightful vacation.

Such a great property and lots of personal touches!! You can tell that the host has thought of everything from a pool beach bag to use to the dog leash. We didn’t have a pet, but they definitely had pet amenities. Beautiful neighborhood and in a great location.

Beautiful property. We were moving our kids to Boise and it was a great location, peaceful and clean. When an issue came up, Arise Properties handled it the same day and everything worked out wonderfully. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend others to as well. The beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms were pristine, and the water pressure was wonderful! The pool was a very nice extra!

This condo was nicely decorated and a good fit for my family of 4. Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. The kitchen has lots of cookware for making all kinds of food. The location is pretty convenient for access to SW Boise.

Our family of 4 was very happy to find comfort and everything we needed for our vacation to our families wedding. Highly recommend, house was great, community has a pool :-)
